Adam has over 25 years’ experience in data-driven communications across a breadth of clients. From Head of Marketing for Cetelem (part of BNP Paribas) to agency side roles leading customer experience strategy for Lloyds Bank, HSBC and Ageas Insurance.
Adam brings deep experience in the relationship people have with their finances. Prior to Engine, Adam has worked to subvert the traditional agency model wherever he’s been. Joining Strategy, Data, Experience, and Technology teams in Proximity. Turning Rufus Leonard into a fully integrated agency, then establishing Mindshare’s creative offering, making 2018 their most awarded year ever and earning them a brace of Cannes Lions.
Adam’s diverse background, gained across all key agency sectors including customer experience marketing, digital, creative, branding, design and media, means he has a unique perspective on the future of advertising; a future that sits at the intersection of data, technology and creativity.
Outside work Adam juggles attempts to keep fit with family life, meaning visits to the skatepark, delivering ‘dad jokes’ and fixing the Wi-Fi take up the majority of his time.
