Jonathan Hole has been in involved with all disciplines of risk for over 35 years - with large banks like Santander and Barclays, and challenger banks like Aldermore and Paragon. He has usually been focused on change and transformation throughout the credit cycle and is currently the Chief Risk Officer for the Target Group. This is probably the biggest challenge of his career as he attempts to deliver regulatory compliance across 20 client portfolios, all with different motivations, interpretations, and appetites.
