Liz Syms is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Connect Mortgages and Connect for Intermediaries, bringing over 25 years of expertise in mortgage and financial advice. Liz leads a team of more than 60 staff, specialising particularly in complex and specialist mortgages. In 2012, Liz established an award-winning Specialist Mortgage Network, now supporting over 350 advisers operating across mainstream and specialist markets, including complex buy-to-let, commercial, bridging, and development finance.
