FS Martech 2023: Journey to the Centre of the Universe Agenda

Our five planned sessions will take you on a ‘journey’ through the Martech universe, cutting through the myriad of providers, buzzwords and concepts.

A capped limit of 50 delegates will move through five rooms and five sessions, in groups of ten to facilitate a ‘workshop’ style event, with opportunities to ask questions of the speakers and ensure that you get time with experts who can provides useful feedback on your specific business sector or model.

The trip round the universe starts with establishing the strong foundations required (Governance) and ends at the edge of the metaphorical Milky Way, exploring the next generation of technology you’ll need to know about in the coming years (Pioneering and Piloting) – and most importantly, how to test and implement radical changes to workflows.

The five sessions will be as follows:

1. Governance: Marketing Compliance, Simplified.

With Emma Markey, UK Marketing and Sales Director, Red Marker

The mandatory legal review of marketing assets can be a slow process, often accompanied by inconsistent feedback. Delays in approval can negatively affect the timely launch of marketing activities, leading to a strained relationship between the legal and marketing teams. In this session, learn how, using AI and automation, this process can now be streamlined for efficiency.

2. The Martech Microclimate: Creating an Environment for Success

With Hideki Hashimura, CRM/CX Strategist and CMO, redk

Organisations can easily waste valuable resources on planning and executing misaligned marketing tactics that fail to produce results if their internal environment is not set up for success. To mitigate this risk, marketing leaders need to strengthen and safeguard the relationship between marketing ops, technology, strategy and required outcome.

With the marketing ops and martech landscape continuously changing, it’s difficult to get a handle on what a ‘good’ collaborative relationship looks like. In this session, we’ll provide a tried and tested marketing ops framework centred on delivering scale in alignment with business strategy and creating the ideal ‘climate’ for marketing success.

We’ll also discuss how to address common marketing technology and operations challenges to help you guarantee campaign results and provide top tips for empowering and upskilling your team to enable them to get the most from your tech stack.

3. The Customer Journey: How is AI Supercharging Customer Experience?

With Eamonn Conway, Managing Director, Fiducial Communications

AI in marketing set to be a 100-billion-dollar business by 2028, it’s the buzzword on everyone’s lips and the developments are dizzying.
