The four sessions will be as follows:

1. Unlocking Growth: Leveraging Customer Signals for Personalisation & Enhanced Customer Experiences

With Ronan Moorhouse, Digital Insights Consultant & Nick Takashima Strategy Lead

To be competitive in today’s market unlocking your marketing technology’s potential by connecting customer signals, personalising interactions, and improving experiences is paramount. In this session we explore the strategic power of Martech, innovations in customer data platforms (CDP) and digital asset management (DAM) for the financial services industry. Discover how a connected stack enables a deeper understanding of your customers, driving tailored offerings that boost margins and reduce costs.

2. Customer Experiences & Engagement Design

With Scott Logie, Chief Commercial Officer

A combination of data, creativity, and tech is at the core of any strategy to develop long-term brand loyalty. In this session, we will explore how these three core components need to work in harmony but focus on the impact this has on technology selection and usage. Too often, companies get excited by their technology choice – rather than seeing technology as the enabler to deliver an
outcome. This can be true in customer engagement, where customer experience should be the driver and technology enabler.

3. Marketing Above the Digital Noise

With Rob Prevett, Marketing Director

As marketers, we spend a lot of time and effort on activities and campaigns to generate leads, but how much of our marketing effort is directed towards people who have little or no chance of ever becoming customers?

In this session, we’ll focus on identifying your KEMA: your known, engaged and marketable audiences. Discover strategies to gain deeper insights, deliver best-in-class experience, multiply your leads and increase client retention.

4. Trends & Insights: AI Generated Content for Digital Marketing

With Justin Potts, Director of Business Development - Financial Services

At TransPerfect, we have been working with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) since 2020 with the foresight that AI-generated content would soon disrupt the marketing and language industry.

When done right, we believe AI marketing strategies can increase efficiency in content copywriting and workflows. With AI’s boom in performance and popularity in 2023, Justin will be walking through some early low-risk use cases where we’ve successfully deployed this with clients and where we see these tools going into the future.
