Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry with senior roles across service, operations, underwriting and transformation. He is currently Transformation Director for mortgages at Paragon Bank, leading a programme to deliver a customer and broker focused specialist Buy to Let platform that will leverage people, technology and data. Previously he was at the Bank of Ireland Group where he led the design and development of a new single platform for the UK mortgages business with tailored customer journeys across 4 distribution channels and 3 brands.
