Nick has been involved in sales, business development and client engagement for more than 15 years at such pioneering organisations as Hemscott, Morningstar, Investis, LexisNexis, and BoardEx, and is passionate about digital innovation, in particular CRM enablement and the role such technology plays in determining customer experience.
