Innovation Categories

- Best Innovation in Customer Experience

This category looks at ways you have developed or improved the way your customers interact with a specific product, website, or app, or with the overall experience they have with your company.


- Best Innovation in Customer Service

This category look specifically at how you have developed the act of taking care of your customer's needs by innovating to deliver an enhanced professional, helpful, high-quality service. 


- Best Innovation in Financial Inclusion

This category looks at ways you are providing specific types of customer with complete access to financial products and services, that are delivered in a responsible and sustainable way.


- Most Innovative Marketing and Communications

This category recognises an outstanding innovation in marketing and communications, looking specifically at ways you have developed your marketing and communication activity for the overall benefit of the customer.


- NEW : Best Innovation to an Existing Product or Service

This category recognises an outstanding innovation to an existing product or service, improving features or benefits. We define this innovation as Momentum (taking an existing product or service and improving it).


- NEW : Most Innovative New Product or Service

This category recognises an outstanding innovative new product or service, bringing something entirely new to the market. We define this innovation as Disruption (a step change in a product or service or developing an entirely new category or approach).


- Best Innovation in Distribution

This category recognises an outstanding innovation in distribution.


- Most Innovative Workplace Transformation

This category looks specifically at innovative policies, processes or practices that are enabling development your workforce and/or workplace for the long-term benefit of the consumer and employees.


- Best Innovation in Mobile and Cybertech

This category looks specifically at product and service innovation specific to mobile and online devices.


- Most Innovative Use of Data and Analytics

This category looks specifically at innovative ways that you collect, analyze, present, and visualize data for the benefit of the customer.


- Most Innovative Security Solution

This category looks specifically at innovations in technologies, processes and controls designed to protect systems, networks, programs, devices, data and individuals from cyber-attacks, exploitation and fraud.


- The Innovator of the Year

This category recognises a standout company or individual who have had a significant impact on innovation in the UK financial services industry.


- NEW : Innovation Partner of the Year 

This category recognises an agency or consultancy who have proven to be a standout partner in helping organisations to drive innovation. A client can nominate their innovation partner, or an agency/consultancy can put themselves forward.

This category recognises an outstanding innovation in the insurance industry
