Rebecca Bond is a principal and the head of Marketing for Vanguard Europe, responsible for the strategy, design and execution of marketing for Vanguard’s investment products and services in the region. Prior to this role, she was the Head of HR for Europe, where she was responsible for leading the human capital strategy for the European business.

Ms. Bond first joined Vanguard in 2013 to support the HR and Operations functions in Europe. She then spent a year on Vanguard’s Accelerated Development Program (VADP) in Malvern, Philadelphia before returning to London in late 2014 as Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of the European business.

Before her role in HR, she was a Marketing Services Manager leading the Events, RFP, Product Marketing, Editorial and Programme Management teams to deliver key marketing campaigns for the different European client channels. She has a MA in Philosophy from Cambridge University.
