        Hideki describes himself as an entrepreneur at heart and a pragmatic problem solver and strategic thinker. He specialises in         Digital Transformation driven by customer strategy (CX, CRM and Customer Centric Strategic Development) and is highly skilled         at conceptualising, creating, mapping and guiding the delivery of solutions to an organization's problems whilst maintaining a         strategic focus.

        In addition to his work at redk, Hideki is an Associate Lecturer in CX and Digital Transformation at Churchill College, University         of Cambridge.
